「Astralis」新ヘッドコーチ「NEO」、NAVIのメジャー優勝に貢献したパフォーマンスコーチ「Xirreth」を起用

「Astralis」がCounter-Strike競技シーン2026年後半シーズンに向けたコーチングスタッフを発表しました。

NEOが新ヘッドコーチ、Xirrethがパフォーマンスコーチに就任

Filip “NEO” Kubski氏は 2023年11月から「FaZe Clan」のヘッドコーチを務め、3度のメジャー準優勝に貢献しました。「Astralis」に加入し、「ruggah」コーチの後を引き継いで2026年後半シーズンからヘッドコーチに就任します。

Urszula “Xirreth” Klimczak氏は、Natus Vincereで2年以上にわたりCounter-StrikeとVALORANTのパフォーマンスコーチを務め、メジャー大会『PGL Major Copenhagen 2024』優勝に貢献した実績を持ちます。

Filipは、Counter-Strike史上、最も伝説的で象徴的なプレイヤーの1人です。

勝てるチームを作るために必要なこと、勝利に必要な文化がどのようなものであるかを熟知し、これまで何度もそのことを証明してきました。

ここにUrszula “Xirreth” Klimczakを加えることで、コーチングスタッフはさらに強力になります。Xirrethはeスポーツ界で最も有名で尊敬されるパフォーマンスコーチの1人であり、現代の競技で勝つために必要なことを理解しています。

この2人が力を合わせることで、勝利の文化を築いていく上で非常に強力なパートナーシップが形成されることを確信しています。

Astralisは長年にわたりCounter-Strikeのトップに君臨しており、そのブランドは今もなお伝説的な存在です。

国際ロスターを採用したAstralisが直面する課題は、決して簡単に解決できるものではありませんでした。だからこそコーチに就任するのは興味深いと感じています。すでに有望な結果を見せ始めているのを見れば、なおさらです。

経験豊富なパフォーマンスコーチがそばにいることも、オファーを受ける決断をした理由の1つです。チームだけでなく、私自身がコーチとして成長することも助けてくれる存在だと感じています。

プロのCounter-Strikeプレイヤーは、同じ屋根の下で暮らす家族と同じくらい長い時間を共に過ごします。全員がその時間を楽しめる環境を作り上げる必要があります。
