今シーズンは、メジャー大会『Intel Extreme Masters Cologne Major 2026』の出場を目指し、ギリギリまでティア2大会に出場するなど懸命の姿勢を見せましたが、出場権獲得には至りませんでした。
karrigan選手は、インタビューでチームの状況について以下のように言及していました。
今回の試合は文字通りプレーすることが不可能な状態でした。
プロのチームとして機能していませんでした。チームには大きな亀裂があり、各選手に自信がなく、チームメイトへの信頼もゆらいだ状態でした。これまでのキャリアで最も厳しい試合だったと思います。
チームのパフォーマンスが低下すると各選手の自信が崩れていきます。そしてウイルスのように他の選手にも伝染していきます。誰かが何とかしてくれるだろう、という考えではなく、シーズンを通じて細かい部分やアプローチを変更してきました。IGLの自分としても、大会が終わった翌日には全てを見直し、チームと対策プランを構築してきました。
しかしながら、今シーズンにチームと選手が見せてきたレベルはfrozenをのぞいて標準以下でした。選手に期待される最低限のレベルにすら到底及んでいませんでした。
今後は、新コーチenkay J氏、新たなIGLを迎えての体制に移行していきます。
