ESLが公開したトーク動画『IEM Cologne 2025 Playoffs Roundtable』で興味深かった点について紹介します。

ファンがあれだけ熱心でゲームに夢中になってるわけですし。

最近モンゴルであった大会についても、みんな「モンゴルはすごい！たくさんの文化と美しさはすばらしい」と言っていました。
実際のところ、大会に行くとゆっくり観光する時間はないですが、街中にあれだけ人が集まっているのをみると、アリーナだったらどのくらいの観客で埋まるんだろうと想像してしまいます。

屋外にものすごい人数が集まっていたし、ホッケーアリーナで試合を観戦している人もいました。
MongolZへの応援は本当に凄まじいですよね。
どこへ行ってもファンがいるし、国際大会が行なわれるアリーナでもすごく応援されています。
母国モンゴルでの応援は、本当にすさまじいですが、モンゴルに戻った時はどんな感じですか？セレブみたいに、外に出るのも難しいのではないですか？

去年、中国の上海でモールを歩いていたらみんなが写真を撮ってきて、まるで動物園の動物みたいな気分でした。
正直、モンゴルにたくさんのファンがいるというのはものすごいことで、Counter-Strikeが人気では無い国のプレイヤーなら誰でも憧れると思います。
例えばスウェーデン出身の選手なら良いプレイヤーに出会うのも、シーンで成功するのもそこまで難しくないと思います。
モンゴルでゼロから5人のロスターを作って、ティア3、ティア2、ティア1、そしてティア1のトップに登り詰めるのは本当に本当にすごいことです。
自分も母国のイスラエルでそれを実現したいと思っていたし、大きな目標でした。
Counter-Strikeが盛んではなく、学ぶことができるプロ選手やメジャー優勝者がいない国からジャーファイナルに辿り着いたことは、まるでおとぎ話のようなもので、本当に尊敬します。
