日本を代表するレジェンドCounter-Strikeプレイヤー「noppo」こと谷口純也氏(37歳)が他界されました。

noppoの家族の者です。
noppoは永眠いたしました。
生前にお世話になった皆さま、そして仲良くしてくださった方々に心より御礼申し上げます。昔からゲームが大好きで、皆さまと交流できた時間をとても大切にしておりました。
ゲームをこよなく愛したゲーマーとしての彼を皆さまの記憶の中に残していただけましたら本人も喜ぶことと思います。
とんでもないプレー
noppo氏といえば、世界的に話題となった通称「とんでもないプレー」と言われるスーパープレーで知られています。
壁の向こうにいる見えない敵を、音や経験を元にピンポイントに撃ち抜き、1人で相手5人を倒した神業プレーです。
選手引退後は、コーチやゲーミングデバイスブランドを展開するなど、様々な形でeスポーツに貢献されました。
noppoさんの偉業については、後日改めて記事を作成したいと考えています。
