『Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2026』は、FalleN選手の母国であるブラジルのリオデジャネイロで開催されています。おそらくFalleN選手がブラジルでプレーする最後の大型大会となり、本大会での優勝が期待されていました。

しかし、対戦相手のTeam Vitalityは歴代最高の強さを誇ると評価されており、本大会で優勝すれば史上初となるグランドスラムの連続達成となります。

そして、試合結果はTeam Vitalityが2-0で勝利となりました。

英語ですね。ではまず英語で。
厳しい試合でしたが、ここで試合をすることが出来て良かったです。
どちらのマップもいくつかのラウンドを勝ち切れていたら違った結果になっていたと思います。

Vitalityは史上最高のチームの1つなので、チャンスを与えてしまうと勝つのは難しくなります。
結果は残念ですがチームを誇りに思います。
FURIAはリスクを取って挑みました。
Ancientをピックしましたし、両方のマップで勝てる可能性があったと思っています。
間違いなく勝てました。だからこそ悔しいと思っています。

母国、地元であるこの場所で勝ちたいと思っていました。
ここまでの成果を誇りに思っています。

―― 明日はFalconsとの3位決定戦があります。勝てますか？

Falcons、NiKoと対戦できるのは楽しみです。
3位決定戦なのが残念ですが、特別な試合になります。
