「Team Spirit」hallyコーチ復帰メジャー大会前半はオンラインで参戦

健康問題により直近2大会を欠場していた「Team Spirit」Counter-Strike部門hallyヘッドコーチの復帰が発表されました。

不在期間を経て、Sergey “hally” Shavaevがヘッドコーチ兼Team SpiritのCounter-Strike2プロジェクト責任者として復帰します。

hallyコーチはゲームに対する自身のビジョンを実践するだけでなく、戦略立案、チームの状態管理、そしてシーズン中に出場する大会の選定も担当します。

Sergeyは、引き続きチームに帯同するDmitriy “S0tF1k” Forostyankoコーチ、IGLのBoris “magixx” Vorobiev選手と密接に連携していきます。

この体制によって、両コーチと選手たちの強みを最大限に引き出すことができます。

メジャー大会への準備は順調に進んでおり、両コーチ体制は同大会で初披露される予定でした。

しかし、残念なことにhallyコーチとS0tF1kコーチはメジャーが開催されるドイツでチームに合流することができない状態となってしまいました。

S0tF1kコーチはビザを取得できず、hallyは緊急入院することになりました。
hallyコーチがいち早く回復し、メジャー大会の後半に合流することを期待しています。

当面は、両コーチがオンラインでチームをサポートしていきます。

hallyヘッドコーチの不在期間、アカデミー部門のS0tF1kコーチが代役を務めました。
その期間に2大会に出場し、『IEM Rio 2026』準優勝、『PGL Astana 2026』優勝と好成績をおさめています。

Team Spiritはこの2大会まで不調が続いていました。

S0tF1kコーチは、hallyコーチが作り上げてきたチームを大きく変えることはせず、細かな課題を改善することで成績を向上させました。

不調となっていたのは、成績不振が続き選手間の信頼関係が崩れてきていたのが1つの要因で、メンタルコーチと連携して選手の結束力を高めました。

また、プレーを基礎から改めて見直すことで、疎かになりがちなプレーを潰し、チームの土台を作り直したとインタビューでコメントしていました。
