『ESL Pro Tour Counter-Strike』2026年後半シーズンに向けたルール改定が行なわれました。
ルール改定について
ルール改定は多岐に渡っており、主な変更点は以下の通りです。
複数のルールブックを1つに統合
- 「General Rules」「Game Specific Rules」「Roster Restrictions」を1つに統合した
罰金の対象を拡大
- これまではチームが大会を通じて獲得する「賞金」を罰金の対象としていた
- 賞金を含む、チームが大会を通じて獲得する「総額」を対象とするよう拡大した
スポンサー制限を強化
- Valveが発表した方針に合わせてスポンサー制限を強化
- これまではポルノ、薬物、アダルト、eスポーツやESLの評判を損なう可能性があるスポンサーを禁止していた
- ValveのIPを侵害するスポンサー、プレイヤーのValveゲームのインベントリデータに関与するサービスを提供する企業も禁止スポンサー対象に追加

チームロゴの制限強化
- スポンサー名がチームの正式名称に含まれていて、その使用がルールブックに準拠している場合を除き、チームロゴにスポンサーのロゴやビジュアルを採用してリブランディングを実施することはできない
大会の出場をキャンセルした場合の罰則
- オフライン大会の場合、同ティアで実施される次回大会への招待を受ける資格を失う
- オンライン大会の場合、招待案内に辞退期限が明記され、その期限を過ぎた後に出場をキャンセルした場合、次回の同ティア大会への参加資格を失う
ESL Challenger League Regional Finalのルールを変更
- チームがカップ(大会)で優勝した数に応じて、地域決勝の開催や出場権の獲得が変化するルールを廃止
- カップ優勝チームは地域決勝に招待される
- 特定チームが複数のカップで優勝した場合、準優勝チームに地域決勝招待出場権が移行する
試合中のチーム内コミュニケーション規定
- チーム内の会話においてもヘイトスピーチや差別的発言は禁止とする。
- 違反した場合、警告・罰金・懲戒処分が下される場合がある
競技エリアの離席ルール
- トイレ休憩・医療上などの緊急理由・事前申請で承認を得ている場合をのぞき、競技エリアからの離席は認めないものとする
- 試合中、各マップが終了するまで着席し続けなければならない。
ESL Challenger Leagueの登録について
- ヨーロッパカップは、オープン登録制とし、開催の72時間前を締め切りとする
- 登録チームの中から、VRSの上位16チームが選出される
- 選出されたチームは24時間以内に参加意志を伝える必要があり、間に合わなかった場合は登録リストの次点チームに資格が移動する
オフライン大会 到着日ルールを変更
- ESLが飛行機を予約するが、参加者が利用しなかった場合、航空会社の規定により帰りのフライトがキャンセルされる場合がある。その場合、参加者は自分で帰りの飛行機を予約し費用も負担するものとする。
- 選手が指定された日までに到着できない場合やメディアデー参加に関する例外適用について、メールで申請できるものとする
- 例外が適用される例は、出産、近親者の重病・入院・死去・葬儀参列、予期せぬビザや入国手続きの問題、これらと同等の重大な事例の場合とする
チームスタッフに関するルール
- チームスタッフは、ルールで禁止されているスポンサーのロゴが入った衣類を着用することはできない
- トーナメントエリアに立ち入りを許可されているスタッフ(撮影担当など)は、ESLに承認されている場合を除き、全身黒の服装とする
オフライン大会の試合スケジュール規定
- グループステージで翌日のに3試合以上のBest of 3マッチが予定されている場合、前日の最終試合に出場したチームは、翌日の初戦に割り当てないものとする。翌日のBest of 3マッチが2試合の場合は、適用されない
- 6チームによるプレーオフトーナメントでは、1日目の第1準々決勝の勝者が翌日の早い時間に行なわれる第1準決勝に進む形でスケジュールされる
- 8チームによる3日形式のプレーオフトーナメントにおいて、準々決勝(第1・第2)の勝者は早い時間の準決勝に割り当てられ、準々決勝(第3・第4)の勝者は遅い時間の準決勝を割り当てる
座席順の変更申請
- チームは希望すれば試合ごとに座席順を変更できる
- 希望する場合、試合開始4時間前までにトーナメントマネージャーにメールで座席配置を連絡する必要がある
- 対戦相手が未決定で4時間前までに申請ができない状況の場合、対戦相手が決定した10分以内に申請連絡を行なう必要がある
- メール以外での申請は受付対象としない
VAC BANの有効期間
- Valve Anti-CheatによるBANを受けている場合、出場禁止期間を従来の「2年」から「5年」とする
ESL Challenger Leagueにおけるロスター変更
- これまでは登録後のロスター変更は認められなかった
- 今後は、各イベント中に2名まで追加可能
- 追加申請は、試合開始予定時間の2時間前までに行なう必要がある
競技マップ変更
- Valveの発表に合わせて「Overpass」を削除、「Cache」を追加
- マッププール：Cache、Inferno、Mirage、Nuke、Dust2、Ancient、Anubis
ウォームアップ用マップを追加
- CSStats
- Aim Botz

上記以外のマップは使用できない。
