『100T』は、5年ぶりとなるCounter-Strikeへの復帰を2025年11月に発表しました。

メンバーをゼロから構築し、2026年前半シーズンは競技最大の目標であるメジャー大会出場を目指さない方針を打ち出しました。

そして今回、Head of CS Operationsを担当するGraham Pitt氏が、前半シーズンの振り返りと後半シーズンの目標について説明しました。

みなさんこんにちは
現在、チームは休暇中です
全選手が3週間の休養に入っている状態です。

私はまだ仕事が残っている状態なので、この機会にチームの現状、前半シーズンの結果、7月中旬から始まる後半シーズンに向けた見通しについてお話したいと思います。

まずは前半シーズンの目標が何だったかについてお話します。
100Tは前半シーズンにメジャー出場を目指さないという方針を掲げ公言してきました。

その前提で大会スケジュールを組んでいたことは、2月と3月を見れば特に明らかだったと思います。

3月頭に2つの大会に出場しました。チームの初陣となる大会だったことを考えれば、最終的にかなりの成功だったと思っています。

「Roman Imperium Cup V」はトップ8の結果でした。BetBoom Teamに敗北しましたが、彼らは後にメジャートップ8となりました。「Dracula LAN 5」ではHeroicに次ぐ準優勝でした。
初めてのシーズンとしては良い結果であり、チームが正しい方向を進んでいることを確認できました。

メジャー予選にフォーカスしない中で、シーズン後半にどのような取り組みをしていくべきかを考えた時に、いくつかの重要な目標を設定しました。

1つはティア1大会の出場権を獲得することです。

「IEM Atlanta」と「PGL Astana」の開催日程が重なっている中で、100Tとしては「PGL Astana」出場を目指すことにしました

クローズド予選の招待対象が下位のランクまで下がってくるとわかっていたので、「PGL Astana」は良い選択肢になると考えました。

非常に良いプレーができていましたが、K27に敗れました。3マップ目までもつれこみ、あと2ラウンド取ればティア1大会の出場権を手に入れられたのですが。間違いなく非常に残念な結果となった大会です。

次に「CCT Season 3 Global Finals」へのワイルドカード招待を受け、Ninjas in PyjamasとBIGを相手に接戦を繰り広げました。どちらも勝つべき試合で、勝てる実力はありましたが最終的にはどちらも敗北の結果でした。

3つ目の大きな失敗となってしまったのが「Stake Ranked Episode 2」の予選落ちです。
決勝まで進みましたが、Sharks Esportsに敗れてしまいました。非常に良いプレーができていた大会でしたが、決勝では本来の力を発揮できませんでした。

キーとなる3つのイベントで結果を出せず、シーズン終盤は「Parken Challenger Championship」や「CCT」といった小規模大会に出場して終えることになりました。それぞれで優勝することもできました。

ここ、ベオグラードの100 Thieves Roobetのオフィスには、チームとして初めてとなるトロフィーが置かれています。

現在、VRS(公式ランキング)でチームはどの位置にいるのでしょうか？
この動画を撮っている時点では43位くらいのはずです。
これは計画していた順位ではありません。チームとしての目標、出場や優勝を計画していた大会のことを考慮すれば、本来はもっと上の順位であるべきでした。ただ、後半シーズンに向けたスタート地点としては悪くありません。

後半シーズンでは、出場大会数を減らし、量より質にフォーカスすることが重要だと考えています。

「Esports World Cup 2026」に続く後半シーズンの主な目標は、「PGL Singapore Major」の出場権獲得です。ランキング集計は11月2日までが対象となるので、それまでに予選・招待・ワイルドカードなどを通じて、できるだけ多くのティア1大会に出場することを目指します。締め切りまでに、獲得賞金の額を積み上げたいと考えています。

最後に、今シーズンを通じて100Tを応援してくださっているみなさんに感謝します。

調子が悪い時も良い時もありましたが、すべては想定の範囲内だったとお伝えしたいです。100 Thieves Roobetは誕生したばかりのチームでした。失敗することはわかっていました。

しかし、失敗から学び、2026年後半シーズンに向けてしっかりと準備を整えることができました。
